At Sust‘āinable Sweat we primarily practice a set series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises derived from Hatha Yoga in a heated environment. The 75-minute beginner's class (B-75) is offered most often; a 60 version also is available. Our Yin class (Y-75) is a 75-minute a non-heated and prop-supported class.
